Minimum Requirement:
TS/SCI clearance with CI or Full Scope polygraph

Job Description:

• Analyzes user’s IT requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures
• Analyzes capability requirements and translates into tasks to be allocated to Development/Operation and Maintenance (O&M) personnel
• Provides technical leadership for the integration of IT requirements, design and technology
• Guides users in formulating IT requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies
• Interacts with Government regarding Systems Engineering IT technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts
• Guides capability development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system engineering integration and test plans
